Our Cumbrian bacon is from rare breed pigs (Tamworths and berkshires) and our Cumberland sausage is hand made. Both are reared and butchered atAskerton Castle Estate near Carlisle. Low Sizergh Dairy - The farm is a 250 acre dairy farm, with 120 cows. They have a calf every year. Much of the day is taken up with milking and looking after the animals. In winter the cows live in large buildings and are fed with crops that are grown during the warm weather.

Howbarrow Organic Farm - The farm grows an extensive range of organic vegetables, herbs and fruit, and operate an organic box delivery scheme throughout Cumbria and North Lancashire, using our own veg as well as that from local and regional producers.
