David and Caroline were founder members of the Cumbria Green Business Forum, which was official formed in Spring 2007.

The Forum is a business to business initiative where members will share best practice to improve their environmental performance. We intend to actively campaign for improvements in environmental services provision  across the County – better recycling opportunities for small businesses, improved support for energy conservation measures and more efficient public transport links – these are just a few of the issues in our campaign strategy. We also intend to build stronger relations with local communities - supporting local social and environmental schemes.

Aims and Objectives

To foster and promote Cumbria as a centre of Environmental Excellence by actively encouraging and supporting sustainable environmental best practice in the local business community.
