We have a minimum 2 night stay policy unless there is a 1 night gap in the bookings. Bank Holidays are a minimum 3 nights only.

Visitor Payback
As part of our commitment to local conservation projects we operate an "opt out" scheme, where we add £1.00 to each booking which is then donated to the Tourism and Conservation Partnership.
This is a voluntary contribution called visitor payback, designed to help put something back into the environment - You may opt out of this scheme if you prefer. More details
Terms and Conditions
Deposit:
Reservations require a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay.
This can be made online here or by telephoning us with your details.
Balance:
This will be due on the morning of departure along with an optional £1.00 donation to the Tourism and Conservation Partnership. see Visitor Paybvack above.
Cancellations / Amendments:
A full refund of deposit will be made if the cancellation or ammendment is received in writing a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made in less 14 days from arrival date will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell the room at the same rate and for the full length of the stay, otherwise a cancellation charge will be made, which will be the full cost of your stay.
If you do not show up for your booking, the full amount of your stay will be deducted from your card.
For this reason we do advise that you take out insurance for your holiday.
Damages:
All damages must be reported as soon as practically possible, and paid for in full prior to checking out. Unreported damages will be deducted from your credit card.
