Cote How is an experience - not just a bed for the night!
Our tariff includes your well appointed and spacious bedroom and a full cooked ORGANIC and locally sourced English breakfast including vegetarian or vegan options.
Afternoon tea on arrival also included 2pm - 4pm including homemade cake and hot refeshments.

Rydal Suite (Superking or twin)
A fabulous suite comprising entrance hall, a very spacious Bridal Suite bedroom (4.5m x 5.5m) with double height oak beamed ceiling, double aspect windows with window seats and views towards Rydal Water and Rydal village, a cosy fireplace set with slates and candles and a huge superking sized bed with luxurious soft furnishings. A very large bathroom (3.9m x 3.3m) with original Victorian rolled top bath, surrounded with candles, a 2m wide picture window and a double walk in shower dressed with slate tiling and oak floors.

Loughrigg (superking plus upto 2 single beds)
Very large ensuite bedroom (5.3m x 4.8m) with superking sized bed plus a single bed, a lovely art deco fireplace and chaise lounge, double aspect views and large bathroom (2.6m x 3.7m) with rolled top bath and a separate electric shower
Double or Twin - £140 per night
Extra single beds £40 each per night
Wansfell (superking or twin singles - plus 1 single bed)
A very large bedroom ( 4.6m x 4.3m) with a superking sized bed plus a single bed and views over the garden and front terrace. Private power shower room (3m x 1.8m) and separate w/c opposite with bath robe provided
Double or Twin - £120 per night
Extra single bed £40
Single Occupancy on any room is the room rate minus £10.00

We have a minimum 2 night stay policy unless there is a 1 night gap in the bookings. Bank Holidays are a minimum 3 nights only.
Visitor Payback
As part of our commitment to local conservation projects we operate an "opt out" scheme, where we add £1.00 to each guest booking which is then donated to the Nurture Lakeland for our Red Squirrel conservation fund.
This is a voluntary contribution called visitor payback, designed to help put something back into the environment - You may opt out of this scheme if you prefer. More details click here
Terms and Conditions
Deposit:
Reservations require a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay or 25% of the total bookng - whichever is the greater.
This can be made online here or by telephoning us with your details.
Balance:
This will be due on the morning of departure along with an optional £1.00 donation to the Tourism and Conservation Partnership. see Visitor Payback above.
Cancellations / Amendments:
A full refund of deposit will be made if the cancellation or amendment is received in writing a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made in less 14 days from arrival date will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell the room at the same rate and for the full length of the stay, otherwise a cancellation charge will be made, which will be the full cost of your stay.
If you do not show up for your booking, the full amount of your stay will be deducted from your card.
All cancellations will incur a minimum £5.00 charge to cover bank charges.
For this reason we do advise that you take out insurance for your holiday.
Damages:
All damages must be reported as soon as practically possible, and paid for in full prior to checking out. Unreported damages will be deducted from your credit card.

All information collected by Cote How Organic Guest House will only be used in conjunction with email or postal offers and information relating to this guest house.
