The bedrooms
Each bedroom is individually furnished in keeping with the house and has been very tastefully decorated. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, bathroom toiletries and hairdryers. We have an honesty bar and library for guests' use and drying / ironing facilities available on request. Packed Lunches, gifts on arrival, and early breakfasts by arrangement.

Our private grounds are 4 acres of fabulous natural gardens with a further 7 acres of meadow down to Rydal water's edge.
We are located 200m off the main road with very little noise other than the river and wildife around us. This is a very special location which brings customers back time after time.
